Welcome! I am excited to share my passion for fitness with you! I’m blessed to have over 40 years of experience working in the fitness industry as a training and nutrition specialist, book author and writer, fitness course creator, fitness magazine associate publisher and editor, former Golds Gym manager, and longtime contest prep coach for physique athletes. I’ve worked with and learned from some amazing people. My experience has even allowed me to train and coach other trainers. Currently I operate two fitness websites including Bodysport.com for which I’ve written over 200 exercise, nutrition, and motivational articles. My goal with this podcast is to help inform and inspire others so that they can truly experience all the positives that a successful fitness journey can bring.
